HOW WE APPROACH WEDDINGS
A wedding marquee is the room everything else happens in — the ceremony backdrop, the first-dance frame, the photo your parents will keep. We treat it that way. Every brief starts with a site walk, a guest count and a conversation about what kind of evening you want the tent to hold.
From there our crew handles the lot — measuring, levelling, pegging, lining, lighting, dressing the tables and packing it all down the next morning. You shouldn’t have to think about poles and guy ropes on your wedding day, and with us, you don’t.

What's included in a quote?
Every quote covers the structure (tent or marquee), furniture, delivery, full setup, and end-of-event pack-down. Lighting, flooring, AV and styling are itemised separately so you can pick and choose.
How early should I book?
Two weeks is our recommended window — that lets us do a site walk, confirm sizing and lock the inventory. We do take last-minute enquiries; just check availability via the form.
Do you deliver outside Harare and Chitungwiza?
Yes — we regularly deliver to surrounding areas including Norton, Ruwa, Borrowdale and the wider Mashonaland. Out-of-town transport is added to the quote at cost.
What sizes of tent do you carry?
Stretch tents and traditional marquees from 6×9m up to 12×24m. For events beyond ~250 guests we connect multiple tents — we'll recommend the layout based on your venue.
Do you handle styling and décor?
We provide structural styling (linen, place settings, lighting, floral support) and partner with local florists for full décor. Tell us the look you're after and we'll bring options.
