HOW WE RUN ENTERTAINMENT SAFELY
Supervised, sanitised, set up before guests arrive.
Jumping castles are anchored on level ground and inspected before every booking. Food machines are wiped down between events, refilled from sealed stock, and operated by a Heritage team member on request. Power is the most common issue at outdoor sites, so we bring our own generator whenever your venue can’t guarantee a clean line. Everything is delivered, set up, tested and packed down by the same crew — no third parties, no handoffs mid-event.

Safe, clean castles for younger guests. Delivered, anchored, and inflated on level ground before the first guest arrives, packed down once the kids are done.

Can you supply power if our venue can’t?
Yes — we bring a quiet generator on request, sized to power the castle plus one or two food machines for the duration of your function.
How long does setup take?
Castles take around 30 minutes to anchor and inflate on level ground. Food machines arrive plugged-in and ready in roughly 10 minutes. We aim to have everything tested before the first guest arrives.
Are the castles safe?
Each castle is anchored to ground stakes (not weighted bags), inspected before every booking, and wiped down between events. Operator supervision is available on request, recommended for parties under ten years old.
How much do the food machines produce?
A candy floss machine serves roughly 80–120 cones per hour. A popcorn machine runs continuous batches and easily serves 100+ guests across a function. We size your sugar and kernel supply to your guest count.
Do you deliver outside Harare and Chitungwiza?
Yes — we regularly deliver entertainment to Norton, Ruwa, Borrowdale and the wider Mashonaland. Out-of-town transport is itemised in the quote at cost.
