We arrive ahead of your run-sheet, set the kit in position, run cables neatly out of guest sightlines, and test every component before the first guest arrives. You’ll leave the briefing with a contact number for the technician on duty — if anything stops working during the event, you call once and someone responds. Pack-down happens at the agreed end time, without disrupting your closing moments.

Things people ask about AV.
Will the PA be loud enough for our reception?
Yes — the system is sized for 200+ guests outdoors, with headroom for music and speech without distortion. We’ll confirm sizing with you based on your venue layout and guest count.
What happens if we lose power?
Floodlights and PA carry battery backup, sized for the full function duration. If your venue loses mains power, the kit switches over silently and keeps running — your reception isn’t interrupted.
Can we use your PA for both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes — a single PA can be moved between ceremony and reception locations. We factor that into the run-sheet so the move happens during a transition rather than mid-speech.
Do you supply microphones?
Wireless lapel and handheld mics come standard, with a wired backup mic in the van. There’s also a 3.5mm aux input so anyone can run music from a phone or laptop, with a backup playlist on a Heritage device if your DJ doesn’t materialise.
Is a technician on-site during the event?
Setup, sound-check and pack-down are always handled by our technician. Staying on-site throughout the event is itemised separately and recommended for receptions over 150 guests or any function with multiple speeches.
